334th Fighter Squadron at the Savannah CRTC

Archives

334th_Fighter_SquadronSavannah – 14 F-15Es from the 334th Fighter Squadron at Seymour-Johnson AFB arrived at the Savannah Combat Readiness Training Center (CRTC) at the Savannah International Airport. Prior to their arrival, most of the flights delayed at Townsend Range on 228.400, with one of the flights telling the Ranger “We’ll be here for a few days.” On arrival, each flight checked in with EAGLE Ops on 237.000, the CRTC’s Ops frequency, so that also reinforces the idea that they’re here to work out of the CRTC. Callsigns used were EAGLE, BARLEY, FADE, JACKYL, RESIST, and SOCK. I didn’t catch air-to-air frequencies for all of the flights but I did hear them using 300.925, 301.225, and 301.325.
