Yesterday, I decided to take an afternoon/early evening ride up to the Harris Neck NWR from Brunswick.  It was a hot afternoon but it wasn’t an unproductive visit.  I walked some of the trails around Bluebill, Woody, and Snipe Pond and enjoyed seeing the Wood Storks, Great Egrets, White Ibis, Glossy Ibis, Anhingas, Alligators and a Black Crowned Night Heron.  On the way out, I even saw a couple of deer down one of the fire breaks.
