I haven’t been able to listen to much MilAir this week, but fellow hobbyist Jared Soergel is visiting the Hilton Head area and has reported the USAF’s 64th AGRS (Aggressor Squadron) flying out of the Combat Readiness Training Center at the Savannah Hilton Head International Airport. He’s reported them using the callsign MIG and yesterday I heard an IVAN flight returning to the CRTC. Jared also reports them using 140.500 (Aux 19) and 1 41.150 (Aux 20) for air-to-air use. In 2009, they also used 139.700 while flying out of the CRTC. (Note: these are frequencies typically used by units visiting the CRTC).
Thanks to Jared for passing along what he’s hearing!
